At our Plaza del Mar Centro Wellness school we offer courses which focus on the idea of Joseph Pilates, inventor of Pilates, by using equipment specifically designed for improving strength and flexibility, among other attributes. At this school, as well as adapting to your needs we also want you to take Pilates to the next level, making it more demanding. It is important to note that it is not necessary to have prior experience of Pilates before starting this course.
