GAP (GLUTES, ABS AND LEGS)
Exercise in our GAP classes in Marbella at Plaza del Mar Centro Wellness. It is aimed at developing the abdominal muscles and the lower body by combining different exercises.
What is GAP? It is a fitness exercise which aims to make our glutes, abs and legs stronger and firmer. Consistency and the hours you dedicate to this discipline will produce the results. You can define and strengthen your figure if you dedicate at least two hours per week to these GAP exercises.
